Our Chef Vincent Vallée, with a wealth of experience in various Michelin-starred restaurants in Normandy and the Haut-Savoie region, invites you to discover his cuisine, influenced by the richness of the Breton terroir.
Passionate about cooking from an early age, and the son of farming grandparents, he makes it a point of honour to source local, seasonal, quality produce.
"Having grown up in the Normandy countryside, with parents who grew their own vegetables and fruit trees, that's where my first memories of good, quality produce come from".
He will use all the experience he has acquired over the last twenty years to make sure you have a great time at Le Petit Bé.
